Hullistic's story
Hullistic opened in 2017 and provided a mobile massage therapy service for the first three years. During these time Hullistic gained a very loyal client base, with an excellent reputation. In fact, the overwhelming majority of clients have come to Hullistic through recommendation; something I am very proud of. When coronavirus hit in 2020, Hullistic faced a massive struggle to survive. However, the support of the clients between the lockdowns helped the business to recover and become more successful than ever. Hullistic is now based in a warm, inviting therapy studio, because who said Clinical Massage requires a clinical room?
About me
I'm Kyra Fisher and I'm the owner and sole therapist of Hullistic. As highly qualified massage/soft tissue therapist, I aim to give you the best quality, tailored care, designed to help you feel your best self. Before becoming a therapist I spent 20 years working in the NHS, so healthcare seems to be a big part of who I am! I initially qualified as a Massage Therapist in 2017, gaining a Level 3 qualification. In 2021 I obtained both my Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy (ACMT) qualification and my Sports Massage Therapy qualification through Jing Training. This was a very proud moment of mine. The majority of my work is Clinical Massage, where I really do enjoy tailoring treatments to meet your specific needs. I specialise in working with people who experience any chronic pain conditions, but I am particularly experienced in managing pain from fibromyalgia, a condition that I myself live with. I also have an interest in trauma (physical or mental) and the role it plays in pain. Over the years, I have obtained qualifications in Ear Candling, Rahanni Energy Healing and Guided Meditation, which when paired with my massage work, puts me in a unique position of being able to provide care and balance to the body and mind. Finally, as a member of the Complementary Health Professionals Association (CHP) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), I undertake continual professional development, plus train and adhere to strict codes of practice, so you can trust I provide the most up-to-date, reliable and trustworthy service.
